围手术期预防性抗菌药物应用调查

目的调查外科患者围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查统计围手术期预防用药种类、疗程、联合用药、给药方法等。结果外科围手术期患者均使用抗菌药物,应用药物前3位依次为克林霉素、甲硝唑、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦;术后用药时间2～15d,其中≤2d4例占1.56%,3～5d95例占36.79%,6～7d110例占42.80%,>7d48例占18.67%;单一用药129例占50.2%,二联用药125例占48.6%,三联用药3例占1.2%;β-内酰胺类药物使用122次,克林霉素90次;给药1次/d 100例占47.2%,2次/d 112例占52.8%。结论调查结果显示,围手术期抗菌药物应用有不规范之处,应加强管理。

Application of prophylactic antibiotics during perioperative period
