| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泌尿生殖道支原体属感染现状及对抗菌药物的敏感性。方法应用支原体试剂盒对标本进行支原体属培养、鉴定和药敏试验。结果支原体属阳性检出率为42.1%,其中解脲脲支原体(Uu)、人支原体(Hh)、Uu和Hh混合感染阳性率分别为74.4%、5.0%、20.5%;支原体属对抗菌药物敏感率>70.0%的有多西环素、米诺环素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素、大观霉素,对喹诺酮类抗菌药物敏感率普遍降低,均<30.0%。结论不同种类的支原体对抗菌药物的耐药性不尽相同,临床用药应根据药敏结果选择使用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection status and drug susceptibility of mycoplasma from genitourinary tract in my hospital. METHODS The mycoplasma cultivation,identification and susceptibility testing were performed by using Mycoplasma IST2 kit.
