| 摘 要： | 目的将生理性膀胱冲洗与被动性膀胱冲洗对脊柱损伤患者留置尿管相关性尿路感染的预防效果进行比较分析,探讨膀胱冲洗预防尿路感染的有效性。方法收集骨科2010年3-12月脊髓损伤住院患者共83例,将主动增加饮水量的患者作为观察组(生理性膀胱冲洗),未增加饮水量者作为对照组(被动性膀胱冲洗),对各组尿路感染率进行比较分析。结果对照组感染率为63.0%,观察组感染率为32.4%,两组感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组每日饮水量2000ml组,感染率为61.5%,2500ml组为28.6%,3000ml组为10.0%,结果显示,每日保持饮水>2000ml对预防尿路感染有重要意义。结论对于住院脊髓损伤留置导尿患者,积极地增加每日饮水量,进行生理性膀胱冲洗比被动性膀胱冲洗法预防尿路感染效果好。 |
