消化道恶性肿瘤手术患者医院感染危险因素分析及预防措施

目的分析消化道恶性肿瘤手术患者医院感染危险因素,探讨其预防措施。方法对2002年11月-2010年10月466例消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行调查分析,根据是否发生医院感染分为感染组与对照组,分析其危险因素。结果 466例病例中,67例发生医院感染,感染率为14.4%,2组间在平均年龄、糖尿病史、手术时间、术前住院时间,麻醉ASA分级、使用呼吸机、术后留置尿管以及激素的应用等因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道恶性肿瘤手术患者,医院感染危险因素包括患者年龄、糖尿病史、手术时间、术前住院时间、麻醉ASA分级、呼吸机和激素的使用以及侵入性操作,因此针对危险因素所采取的预防措施,可有效控制该类患者的感染发生率。

Risk factors and prevention of nosocomial infection after gastrointestinal cancer surgery

OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection of the gastrointestinal cancer surgery and explore its preventive measures.
