| 摘 要： | 目的查找医院感染漏报的原因,有效降低医院感染漏报率。方法自2005年针对漏报率高的原因,采取一系列有效干预措施,加大医院感染管理力度,充分发挥三级网络的作用,加强宣传与培训,调动医护人员积极性等,以控制医院感染的漏报。结果经过5年的努力,医院感染漏报率从2005年的38.85%下降至2009年的3.17%,呈明显下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并控制在北京市卫生局医院管理年要求的三级甲等医院感染漏报率≤10.00%的标准。结论针对医院感染病例漏报原因,采取有效的干预措施,能有效降低医院感染漏报率。
