| 摘 要： | 目的加强医院感染过程管理,提高感染管理效率,降低医院感染的发生率。方法在全院各重点部门及病区建立感染管理沟通指导记录本,专职人员有计划每天主动去临床沟通指导。结果专职人员观念转变;全员敏感性增强,及时发现了两起疑似感染暴发事件和两起感染暴发事件;手卫生依从性由2009年的30.0%逐步提高至2010年的65.0%;医院感染率由3.9%降至3.1%。结论新方法调动了专职人员及监控员的工作积极性,做到监测与干预兼顾,使感染管理由过去的结果管理转向过程和环节管理。
