| 摘 要： | 目的确保大规模洁净手术室空气洁净度。方法用质性研究方法梳理规范洁净手术室空气洁净度管理过程,建立洁净手术室空气洁净度管理系统。结果大规模洁净手术室空气细菌浓度与洁净度均保持恒定。结论建立四位一体的科学管理系统是管理组织架构保障;对关键环节实施标准化管理是空气洁净度控制的核心;探索降低运行成本是洁净手术室管理的重要课题。
