| 摘 要： | 目的探讨《手术安全核查表》在手术安全管理中行动干预措施。方法制定规范行动干预的内容并准确实施,通过6790例手术的安全核查的具体内容进行行动干预,从手术医师、麻醉医师、手术室护士对手术安全核查表的具体项目实施,到麻醉实施前、手术开始前及患者术毕离开手术室时,准确掌握《手术安全核查表》实施的相关因素,形成行动干预模式。结果手术团队、麻醉团队、手术室护士团队在手术安全核查表实施过程中,责任心明显增强,形成紧密合作,从而提高医疗护理质量,降低意外,使每一例手术患者均按照手术安全核查流程,具体计划实施干预措施,保证了手术安全核查表正确运行。结论正确的行动干预措施能使参加手术的医务人员,将《手术安全核查表》的内容有效地落实到手术患者,从而有效提高手术医师、麻醉医师、手术室护士对手术患者核查的准确性,有效地保障了手术患者的安全。
