摘    要:【目的】研究乳腺癌组织中转移相关基因(Mta-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,分析其与乳腺癌临床分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移等临床病理参数之间的关系。【方法】免疫组化方法检测120例乳腺癌组织和60例正常乳腺组织中Mta-1及VEGF的表达;分析二者与乳腺癌临床病理类型、发病年龄、临床分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理参数的关系及Mta-1表达与VEGF的相关性。【结果】Mta-1和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常乳腺组织,两组表达之间差异有显著性(P〈0.01);Mta-1和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、病理类型无关(P〉0.05)。120例乳腺癌中伴有淋巴结转移组和临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组乳腺癌组织Mta-1与VEGF的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组和Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组。120例乳腺癌组织中,Mta-1的表达与VEGF的表达呈正相关(rs=0.758,P〈0.05)。【结论】Mta-1及VEGF可以作为乳腺癌预测转移和判断预后的生物学标志物,Mta-1与VEGF的表达增高在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起协同作用。

Abstract:[Objeetive]To analyze the relationship between the expressions of metastasis associated protein-1 (Mta-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and biological behavior in breast carcinoma. [Methods]In 120 eases of breast carcinoma and 60 cases of normal breast tissues, the correlation of Mta-1 and VEGF expression examined with immunohistochemical analysis and their correlation with clinical stage,pathologic type and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. [Results] The expressions of Mta-1 and VEGF were significantly different between breast cancers and normal breast tissues( P〈0.05). The positive rates of Mta-1 and VEGF in clinical stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis group of breast cancers were significantly higher than those in clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and non lymph node metastasis group. The expression of Mta-1 in 120 breast cancer tissues was positively related to the expression of VEGF' (rs= 0. 758, P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion] Mta-1 and VEGF may he the biological markers for predicting metastasis and prognosis. The high expressions of Mta-1 and VEGF have synergistic effect in the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer.
