| 摘 要： | 目的：观察通达行气化瘀汤治疗慢性慢性肾炎并发高血压病的临床疗效。方法：在原降压西药基础上加服通达行气化瘀汤，治疗12周，观察临床症状、降压疗效、肾功能变化等方面。结果：临床症状有明显改善，降压总有效率为100％，肾功能不全患者肾功能明显改善。结论：通达行气化瘀汤是治疗慢性肾炎并发高血压病较有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tungda Xingqi Huayu Tang (TXHT) for chronic nephritis complicated with hypertension (CNH). Methods: On the basis of the original hypoten-sive treatment, and TXHT was added for 12 weeks continuosly , and effects on clinical symptoms, blood pressure and renal function were observed. Results: The clinical symptoms were markedly improved , the total effective rate for hypertension was 100% , and the ranal function were markedly improved in those with renal insufficiency. Conclusion: Activating qi and dispersing blood stasis is one of effective measures for CNH. |
