肝癌切除术后甲胎蛋白异质体含量变化及其临床意义

作者同步观察了２６例肝癌患者在肿瘤切除术后初期血清ＡＦＰ和ＡＦＰ异质体含量变化，结果表明：１７例血清ＡＦＰ异质体随血清ＡＦＰ转阴而消失，６个月内无１例复发；３例ＡＦＰ虽未能转阴，但ＡＦＰ异质体含量明显下降，６个月内亦无１例复发；６例血清ＡＦＰ含量下降，ＡＦＰ异质体含量相对恒定，其中４例６个月内复发。我们初步认为，肝癌切除术后在观察ＡＦＰ含量变化的同时，比较ＡＦＰ异质体的变化，似能更真实地反映病情。

The Postoperative Changes of Alpha-fetoprotein Variant in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Serum AFP and AFP variant levels were simultaneously determined in 26 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) within 2 months after tumore were resected. In 17 patients, serum AFP variants disappeared with serum AFP turning negative and no tumor recurrence happaned within first 6 months postoperatively. In 3 patients, any signs of tumor recurrence didn't be also found within first 6 months, although serum AFP didn't turn negative, and AFP variant was obviously decreased, which might be the reflex of hepatitis or active cirrhosis in unresected liver. In 6 patients, serum AFP levels decreased, AFP variants remained unchanged, and tumor recurrence occurred in 4 patients. These results indicated that combination of serum AFP assay with AFP variant measurement should be more helpful in reflecting disease condition and evaluating treatment efficacy.
