Apollon和Caspase-9在人脑胶质瘤中的表达

目的探讨apollon和Caspase-9在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法按Kernohan方法将84例胶质瘤分为Ⅰ级15例,Ⅱ级32例,Ⅲ级23例,Ⅳ级14例;另外75例正常脑组织作为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测apollon和Caspase-9的表达。结果胶质瘤组apollon阳性表达率明显高于对照组(77.38%vs.9.33%),而Caspase-9的阳性表达率明显低于对照组(40.47%vs.90.67%)(P<0.05)。随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高,apollon蛋白的表达逐渐增强,而Caspase-9蛋白的表达逐渐降低;apollon与Caspase-9蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.263,P<0.05)。结论 Apollon蛋白的过度表达和Caspase-9蛋白低表达与脑胶质瘤恶性程度相关,并可能作为评价胶质瘤恶性程度生物学指标。

Expressions of apollon and Caspase-9 protein in human glioma

Objective To study the expressions of apollon and Caspase-9 in the brain glioma.Methods The expressions of apollon and Caspase-9 were detected with immunohistochemistry SP method in 84 patients with glioma(group A)(Kernohan gradeⅠ 15 cases,Ⅱ 32 cases,Ⅲ 23 cases and Ⅳ 14 cases) and 75 cases of normal brain tissues as the controls(group C).Results The expressions of apollon was higher,but that of Caspase-9 was lower in group A than those in group C(77.38% vs.9.33%,40.47% vs.90.67%)(P<0.05).The expression of apollon increased while Caspase-9 decreased as the malignancy of glioma increased.The expression of apollon protein was negatively correlated with that of Caspase-9 protein(r=-0.263,P<0.05).Conclusion The over-expression of apollon and lower expression of Caspase-9 is closely related to the malignancy of glioma,which may be taken as a biological indicator for evaluating the malignancy of glioma.
