中药应用于脑血管意外病人肠内营养的效果观察

目的探讨脑血管意外病人中西药结合肠内营养的效果。方法将60例脑血管意外病人按入院顺序单双数随机分成两组,各30例,单数为对照组,双数为观察组;对照组肠内营养给予能全素,观察组肠内营养给予能全素加用中药营养配方。结果两组病人进行肠内营养支持15d后,(1)两组病人治疗后体质量、上臂中段周径、三头肌皮褶厚度、血红蛋白、血白蛋白等营养指标对比,经t检验,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)血IgAI、gGI、gM、淋巴细胞含量对比,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。(3)并发症发生观察组较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论脑血管意外病人采用中药结合肠内营养,可以促进营养物质的吸收,提高机体免疫功能,同时可减少肠内营养并发症的发生。

Nursing and Curative Effect Observation of Enteral Nutrition of TCM Combining with Western Medicine for Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident

Objective To explore nursing and curative effect of enteral nutrition of TCM combining mith western medicine for patients with cerebrovascular accident.Methods Sixty patients with cerebrovascular accident were divided into two groups randomly.Thirty patients of odd numbers,who received Nutrison,were selected as control group,while 30 patients of even number,who received Nutrison combined with TCM nutrition,were selected as observe group.Methods(1)After 15 days of enteral nutrition supporting,there were no significant differences in weight,upper arm perimeter,thickness of deltoid,hemoglobin and albumin of two groups' patients(P>0.05).(2)Observe group was better than control group in IgA,IgG,IgM and lymphocyte(P<0.05).(3)Observe group had fewer complications than control significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition of TCM combining with western medicine can promote the absorption of nutrition,improve the body's immune ability and reduce complications of enteral nutrition.
