摘    要:[目的]报告AO微创内固定系统(1ess invasive stabilization system,LISS)治疗股骨远端骨折短期疗效,结合文献,着重探讨与手术相关问题.[方法]本组4例,均为男性,年龄36~53岁.左侧2例,右侧2例.汽车相撞车祸伤3例,重物压伤1例.骨折AO分型:A11例,A31例,C11例,C21例.开放性骨折1例.均应用股骨远端LISS内固定治疗.[结果]4例切口均Ⅰ期愈合,X线片复查骨折对位、对线良好.膝关节功能按Merchn等评分标准评定.优3例,良1例.[结论]LISS对股骨远端骨折是一种有效的微创内固定治疗方法,术中不需植骨,术后并发症少.

Abstract:[Objective]To report short-term outcomes of treatment of distal femur fractures with Less Invasive Stabilization System (LISS) and introduce the operation problems of LISS with related literature review.[Method]Four cases of distal femur fractures were reviewed, of which 2 cases were left and 2 were right. The age was from 36 to 53 years. The causes of the injuries were vehicle crashes for 3 cases and weight impression trauma for one case. AO fracture classification: A-type in two cases and C-type in two cases. All the patients were treated by LISS.[Result]All patients were followed-up for a period ranged from 3 to 6 months (averaged, 4 months). According to the scoring systems of Merchan, three patients had an excellent functional result, one patient had an good functional result.[Conclusion]LISS is an effective and minimally invasive method for the treatment of distal femoral fractures. There is usually no need for primary cancellous bone grafting, and fewer complications were observed postoperatively.
