| 摘 要： | 目的 总结颈椎脊髓损伤后的处理，药物的选择运用，手术时间和手术方案的选择。方法 通过对24例病人治疗的临床资料进行总结和分析。结果 本组病人随访1～3年，平均20个月，随访结果按Frankel分级A级1例，B级2例，C级7级，D级6例，E级8例。结论 颈椎脊髓损伤后早期手术及合理的使用药物是提高临床疗效．恢复颈椎稳定和神经功能的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize administration;the choice and application of medicine;operation schedule and adoption of the operation scheme after the spinal cord injury of cervical vertebrae.Methods The clinical data of 24 cases was summarized.Results The interval of randomly following visits for the group was 1 to 3 years with average of 20 months.The patients were divided into the following groups according to Frankel levels:1 patient in level A,2 patients in level B,7 patients in level C,6 patients in level D and 8 patients in level E.Conclusion Early operation and reasonable medicine application after the spinal cord injury of cervical vertebra may be a key method to improve clinical effects and recover the steadness of cervical vertebrae and neurological function. |
