| 摘 要： | 目的：研究复发及多源发大肠癌多药耐药基因的表达。方法：采用逆转录－多聚酶链式反应（RT－PCR）技术对83例大肠癌多药耐药（mdr-1)基因进行了检测。结果：原发大肠癌mdr-1基因表达率30．9％（12／42），复发大肠癌mdr-1基因表达率61．3％（19／31），两者有显著差异（P＜0．05）。多源发大肠癌mdr-1基因阳性表达率60％（6／10）。mdr-1基因表达的阳性和阴性与耐药与否的总符合率达10＋16／31（P＜0．05）。结论：大肠癌组织mdr-1基因的表达水平，这对正确判断病人耐药能力的高低，合理术后化疗，判断预后都具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the expression of multidrug resistance (mdr-1) gene in recurrent or polygenetic colorectal cancer.Methods:Mdr-1 gene was detected in 83 cases with colorectal cancer based on methods of PCR (polymerase chain reation).Results:The results showed that 30.9%(12/42) primary cases and 61.3%(19/31) recurrent cases had positive expression of mdr-1 gene( P <0.05),and 60%(6/10) cases with polygenetic colorectal cancer had positive expression.The coincidence between mdr-1 gene expression and drug resistance was 10 16/31( P <0.05).Conclusions:The expression of mdr-1 gene in colorectal cancer is of great value in assessing drug resistance, proper postoperative chemotherapy and prognosis. |
