| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症的疗效和副反应。方法:选60例焦虑症病人随机分为丁螺环酮组和多虑平组,以汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果:2组内治疗前后HAMA评分均有显著性差异(p(0.05),2组间治疗前后HAMA评分无显著性差异(P(0.05),TESS评分在治疗结束时有显著性差异,丁螺环酮组低于多虑平组(P(0.01)。结论:丁螺环酮与多虑平治疗焦虑症疗效相当,但丁螺环酮副反应少,且程度低,可作为治疗焦虑症的首选药物之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of buspirone in the treatment of anxiety disorder.Methods:Sixty anxiety disorder patients were divided into buspirone group(n=30),doxepine group(n=30)and studied for 4 weeks,HAMA and TESS were used to assess the efficacy side effects before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks after the treatment.Results:The effective rates of this two groups were similar,the serious degree of side effect was lower in buspironegroup than that of doxepine.Conclussion:Buspirone and doxepi... |
