乳腺癌手术术式探讨

目的：探讨乳腺癌外科手术治疗的临床经验。方法回顾性分析2000~2011年127例乳腺癌患者手术治疗的临床资料。传统根治25例,改良根治44例,保乳手术58例。结果127例患者均随访6个月~5年,1年生存率100%,3年生存率95.3%,5年生存率84.3%。18例出现远处转移,行放化疗等综合治疗。行保乳患者手术2例3年后出现局部复发,行乳腺切除术,术后放疗。结论乳腺癌手术及辅助全身综合治疗是治疗乳腺癌的关键。

Investigation and discussion of the surgical operation in early breast cancer

Objective To demonstrate the Clinic experiences of surgical operation in early breast cancer cures. Methods Clinical data of 127 cases of early breast cancer examples were retrospect analyzed from 2000 to 2011. The tradition fundamental settlement cures was 25, the modified radical mastectomy operation examples was 44 , breast-conserving operation was 58 examples. Results Equal follow-up period of the 127 examples patients was from half year to 5 years , for 1 year the survival rate was 100%, for 3 years the survival rate was 95.3%. For 5 years survival rate was 84.3%. Distance metastasis in18 examples, which had the line puts in a chemotherapy synthesis treat. The 2 breast-conserving operation, recrudesce after 3 years. To carry out the cure method of the mammary gland resection and then to have the radiotherapy. Conclusion Breast cancer operation and auxiliary the whole body synthesis cure is the key to cure the breast cancer.
