| 摘 要： | 目的 总结人工肩关节置换治疗肩关节病损的临床效果.方法 采用人工肩关节置换治疗肩关节病损15例,其中类风湿关节炎1例行全关节置换术,骨折14例行半关节置换术.术后随访6～68个月,平均23个月.采用美国肩肘关节医师协会肩关节功能评估表评估术后肩关节功能.定期摄肩关节正侧位X线片,观察假体的稳定性和有无松动.结果 术后肩关节无痛12例,活动后疼痛3例,经休息后疼痛消失,无静息痛.平均疼痛评分4.3分.平均前屈90°,外展86°,外旋35°,内旋至L3水平.肩关节周围各组肌力评分4～5分.12例能较好地完成梳头和穿衣动作,1例较困难,2例不能完成.无1例出现假体松动征象,无脱位或半脱位.结论 人工肩关节置换治疗肩关节病损能较好地恢复肩关节功能,缩短疗程. |
