利伐沙班片引起白细胞减少4例

利伐沙班为临床上常用的抗凝药物,查阅文献,其不良反应未见有白细胞减少.本院开展的一项利伐沙班片在中国成年健康受试者中的一项生物等效性研究中,出现4例不同程度的白细胞减少(空腹受试者A,女性,29岁.餐后受试者B,男,22岁;C,女,29岁;D,女,23岁),并且在停药后白细胞水平恢复正常.故在临床使用利伐沙班时,加强对白细胞的监测.

Rivaroxaban Tablets Cause 4 Cases of Leukopenia

Rivaroxaban is a commonly used anticoagulant drug in clinical practice, available information did not report leucopenia as its adverse reaction. In a bioequivalence study of rivaroxaban tablets in Chinese healthy adults in our hospital, 4 subjects (fasting subject A, female, 29 years old; postprandial subject B, male, 22 years old; postprandial subject C, female, 29 years old; postprandial subject D, female, 23 years old) suffered varying degrees of leukopenia, and their leukocyte levels recovered spontaneously after stopping the drug. These cases suggest the need to monitor white blood cells when rivaroxaban is used clinically.
