针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征40例

目的：观察针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征（SHS）的临床疗效。方法：将80例脑卒中后SHS患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合针刺治疗。结果：对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组有效率为92.50%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后疼痛程度（VAS评分）明显降低,运动功能（FMA评分）及日常生活活动能力（Barthel指数）均显著升高（P〈0.05）;观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征能够减轻患者疼痛,恢复患者运动功能与日常生活活动能力,疗效显著。

The Clinical Research of Shoulder- Hand Syndrome After Cerebral Apoplexy Treated by Acupuncture Accompanied with Recovery Training

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effet of Shoulder - Hand Syndrome （SHS） after cerebral apoplexy treated by acupuncture accompanied with recovery training. Melhods：80 cases of patients with SHS afler cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional recovery training,while the ones in the observation were given acupuncture treatment on the basic treatment of the control group. Results ：The effective rate of the control group was 75.00%, while that of the observation group was 92.50% , and the difference belween the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, pain degrees （ VAS score） of the two groups clearly decreased,while mnvement thnetion （ FMA senre） and daily life activity ability （ Barthel index） clearly rose （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture accompanied with reeovery training has good effect of treating SHS after cerebral apoplexy, which can reduee patients pain,recover their movement and daily life activity ahility.
