复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将不稳定型心绞痛患者130例随机分为对照组和观察组各65例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程。结果：对照组有效率为84.6%,观察组有效率为96.9%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后乏力与心悸评分均明显下降（P〈0.05）,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后血清PAG1和PAG3值均明显下降（P〈0.05）,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛能有效改善预后,可能与改善机体的血小板聚集功能有关。

The Clinical Research of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills as Adjuvant Treatment for Unstable Stenocardia

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills as adjuvant treatment for uuslable stenocardia. Methods ：130 cases of patients with unstable stenocardia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation grnup, with 65 in each group. The patients in the control group were given eonventional western medicine, while the ones in the observation group were given Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the basis treatment of the control group. Two weeks were regal ded as a treatment course for each group. Resuhs：The effective rate of the control group was 84.6% ,while that of the observation group was 96.9% ,and the difference between the two groups was signifieant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, faligue and heart palpitations score of both groups significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. PAG1 and PAG3 value of serum in both groups after the treatment significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：Compound Danshen Dripping Pills can effectively improve and prevent unstable stenocardia,probablv this is be（ause it can improve human body＇s platelet aggregative functions.
