| 摘 要： | C反应蛋白作为一种传统的检测因子,已在临床应用多年。目前,对高敏C-反应蛋白在心血管疾病危险度预测方面又有了新的认识。现对高敏C-反应蛋白的结构及生物学特性、作用、来源及调控、变化特点及检测方法和临床上高敏C-反应蛋白在心血管疾病方面的应用等作一综述。

| Abstract: | C-reactive protein (CRP) has for many years been used as a traditional marker for inflammation. Following the emergence of new techniques related to high-sensitivity CRP(hs-CRP), much recent evidence indicates that hs-CRP plays a very important role in cardiovascular risk prediction among apparently healthy individuals. This article looks at hs-CRP in terms of structure and characteristics, bionomics, regulations, and test methods, as well as its clinical application in cardiovascular diseases. |
