医院-社区-家庭护理模式对脊髓损伤患者康复的影响

目的探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式对脊髓损伤患者功能康复的影响。方法于2013年1月—2015年12月,将上海交通大学附属第六人民医院南院62例脊髓损伤出院患者按随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组32例,观察组实施医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式干预1年,对照组按常规随访护理1年。于出院时、出院6个月及出院后1年3个时间点比较两组患者的Zung氏抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、日常活动能力改良Barthel指数(modified barthel index,MBI)、压疮和尿路感染发生率、满意度等指标。结果观察组SDS得分、SAS得分及并发症发生率低于对照组,日常生活能力及满意度方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式可为脊髓损伤患者提供全程、连续的护理服务,有助于重建患者的自信,提高其日常生活能力和生存质量。

Effect of hospital-community-family integration nursing model on functional recovery of patients with spinal cord injury

Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family integration nursing model on functional recovery of patients with spinal cord injury. Methods 62 patients of spinal cord injury were divided into the observation group (30 cases) and control group (32 cases) according to the random number table method. Observation group implementation of hospital-community-family nursing mode of integration of intervention for 1 year, while the control group was treated by routine follow-up care for 1 year. Results The two groups of patients have significant statistical significance (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) in psychological anxiety, depression, daily life ability, complications and satisfaction. Conclusions The hospital-community-family integration nursing model for patients with spinal cord injury to provide the full range of continuity of care services, reconstruction of patients with confidence, effectively improve the patient"s daily life ability and quality of life.
