摘    要:目的了解妇科门诊患者念珠菌感染的现状与耐药情况。方法采用念珠菌显色平板培养法鉴定,用念珠菌药敏测定试剂盒进行药敏试验。结果160份临床标本共分离念珠菌40株,检出率25%,仅分离出4种念珠菌,其中以白色念珠菌为主;各菌种对7种抗念珠菌药物均出现不同程度的耐药。结论191道念珠菌感染的高度耐药性提示临床应合理使用抗念珠菌药物,并重视临床微生物实验室的念珠菌鉴定和药敏工作。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the fungus isolation rate and antifugugal sensitivity in vagina fungus infection. Methods Candida color culture medium was employed for identification of the fungus and drug sensitive test was performed by fungal identification strip. Results A total of 20 strains of fungus were isolated from 80 samples, the isolation rate was 25 % . There were 4 species of fungus having been identified. All together, Candida albicans was still of the main one. Each species was found to be resistant to 7 antifungals in various degrees. Conclusion It was pointed out clinically selection of the reasonable antifungals , to taked fungus distribution and antifungal sensitivity analized more seriously.
