| 摘 要： | 目的通过与关节镜对照,探讨磁共振辐散成像对膝关节半月板损伤的显示价值。方法回顾分析48例经关节镜手术证实的、且不伴有半月板碎片移位的半月板撕裂病例的常规MRI扫描及辐散成像结果,并进行对照研究。结果 48例病例中,常规矢、冠状位扫描明确显示半月板撕裂44例,辐散成像明确显示48例,并对半月板体部与前/后角结合部的复杂撕裂及该部位半月板囊肿显示清晰。结论磁共振辐散成像是膝关节半月板检查的可靠、有效的检查序列;是对常规膝关节磁共振检查扫描方法的有益补充。

| Abstract: | Objective To Comparative arthroscopy to study the value of radial MR imaging in meniscal injuries of the knee. Methods MR imaging of 48 patients with meniscal tear were verfied at arthroscopy,and exclusion Bucket-Handle Tears were comparatively researched. Results In 48 patients with meniscal tear proved arthroscopyically,44 cases were definitely dispalied by nomal Sagittal and Coronal ,48 cases were definitely dispalied by radial MR imaging, and especially to the lesion of the anterior and posterior junctional zones of meniscal. Conclusion Radial MR imaging was a Valuable method ,and was a more useful complement to namal Scanning sequence. |
