| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药治疗寻常型银屑病的机制。方法同期收治的寻常型银屑病患者30例，中医辨证分型血热症10例（观察1组）、血瘀症10例（观察2组）、血燥症10例（观察3组）。均取外周血体外诱导培养树突状细胞（DC），成熟后分为2份，一份为空白对照组；另一份接观察1组、2组、3组分别加入凉血活血汤、活血散瘀汤、养血解毒汤，剂量为30ml／L。采用ELISA法测定上清中白细胞介素-12（IL-12）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）和白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平。结果与空白对照组比较，观察1—3组IL-12、IFN-γ水平明显降低，IL-1β水平明显升高，观察2组、3组IL-4水平亦明显升高。结论中药可通过改变DC细胞因子水平调节机体Th1／Th2平衡，此为其治疗寻常型银屑病机制之一。 |
