| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了我院1031例心脏直视术后心律失常的发生情况,探讨了发生率和影响因素。认为发生率以瓣膜置换术为最高,绝大多数发生于术后2天内。影响因素与手术技术、心肌保护、心功能状态、血清钾浓度等有关。并提出了预防和处理原则。 |

| Abstract: | The present paper reported the observations on arrhythmias of 1031 patients following open-heart operation in our hospital.The occurrence rate and associated factors were investigated.The result showed that arrhythmias were most common in patients with valve replacement and that they usually occurred within 2 days after operation.The influencing factors included the operative skills, myocardial protection, the functional status of the heart, and the serum potassium concentration.The prevention and management were discussed. |
