天津市预防医学门诊甲型肝炎健康教育及干预效果评价

目的更好地普及甲肝防治知识,了解居民预防知识知晓情况和疫苗接种现状。方法在天津市疾病预防控制中心预防医学门诊开展甲肝健康教育和干预活动,并在干预前后均抽取≥385人进行问卷知晓率和/或接种率调查,评估干预效果。结果成人接种率相对较低,仅为9.86%;干预前对甲肝防治各知识点认知率不同,总体知晓率为68.16%,干预后知晓率提高至94.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论成人知晓率和接种率均低,需加强宣传和政策引导,均衡健康教育,在现有效果上继续提高人群防治意识,建立正确的行为和态度。

Evaluation on the Virus Hepatitis A health education and intervention effect in preventive medicine departments of Tianjin

Objective In order to popularity the HAV prevention and cure knowledge and understand the prevention knowledge awareness of residents and vaccination current situation.Method Carrying out health education and intervention activities at preventive medicine departments of Tianjin CDC.Before and after education,selected more than 385 persons to develop the questionnaire of awareness rate and/or vaccine rate and evaluate the effects.Results Hepatitis A vaccine inoculate rate of adults were relative lower,only 9.86%.Before education,the awareness rates were different among knowledge points,and the total rate was 68.16%.After education and promotion,this rate increased to 94.66%(P<0.01).Conclusions Hepatitis A vaccine inoculate rate and awareness rate were low,so we need to strength the propaganda and policy guidance,balanced the health education,enhanced the prevention awareness and help more and more people to set up correct behaviors and attitudes.
