不同剂量电子线单次照射后大鼠肾放射损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察不同剂量电子线单次照射大鼠双肾引起的功能和形态学改变,探讨其生物学效应。方法 120只雄性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为对照组、8、10、12和15 Gy双肾照射组,每组24只。测定大鼠放射后第1、3、6、9月的肾脏系数、血浆胱抑素C(CysC)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白/尿肌酐(UP/UC)的变化。HE染色观察大鼠肾形态学改变。结果 与对照组相比,8 Gy及以上照射组肾脏系数照射后9个月均减小(P < 0.01);不同照射组Scr、BUN、UP/UC于不同时间点出现不同程度升高(P < 0.01),提示肾功能于照射后下降。9个月各照射组均可见不同程度病理改变。结论 不同剂量(8~15 Gy)单次照射后9个月内可造成大鼠双肾不同程度的放射性损伤,损伤程度呈剂量和时间依赖性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of single electronic ray irradiation on renal damage in rats so as to provide a reference for its clinical application. Methods A total of 120 SD rats were equally randomized to five groups as control, 8, 10, 12 and 15 Gy. Corresponding doses were offered. Renal functions were examined at the 1st,3rd,6th,9th month after radiation. Morphological changes were observed by HE staining. Results Compared to control group,renal index of ≥ 8 Gy groups significantly reduced in 9th month; Scr,BUN and UP/UC of different radiation groups were increased at different time points,which can indicate the renal function declined. In all irradiation groups,pathological changes of different degree can be seen in 9th month. Conclusions The single radiation from 8 to 15 Gy may cause radiation damage in the following 9 months to rat kidney, which is dose and time-dependent.
