| 摘 要： | 目的了解阿坝州大骨节病病区居民大骨节病相关饮食行为情况。方法采用自行设计的访谈式问卷,对阿坝州大骨节病病区13个样本村的1 007名常住居民进行入户问卷调查。结果调查对象中89.0%的居民坚持食用大米,该行为率较低的分别为70～岁年龄段居民（85.8%）、牧区居民（79.8%）、藏族居民（87.0%）、非农业者（84.6%）以及未上过学/小学未毕业者（85.8%）。调查对象中59.6%的居民坚持食用硒碘盐,该行为率较低的分别为农区居民（39.1%）、羌族居民（37.9%）。病区居民最近1周副食食用情况中蔬菜（95.7%）、猪牛羊肉（94.3%）食用率较高,而家禽及禽产品（30.5%）、鱼类（8.0%）较低。结论阿坝州大骨节病病区居民食用大米情况较好,食用硒碘盐情况较差,最近1周副食食用不均衡。 |
