杭锦旗产麻黄生物碱类成分的指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的研究麻黄Ephedra sinicaStapf.药材生物碱类成分的指纹图谱测定方法,确定杭锦旗产麻黄Ephedra sinicaStapf.药材HPLC标准指纹图谱。方法采用Lichrospher C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水-三乙胺-磷酸(5∶95∶0.05∶0.1)为流动相,流速:1mL/min。结果获得5个共有指纹峰。结论该方法准确、可靠,为更好地控制麻黄的内在质量提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the HPLC fingerprints of Ephedra sinica Stapf.and establish HPLC standard fingerprints chromatography from Hangjinqi planting bases.Methods Separation was performed on Lichrospher C_(18)(4/6×250 mm,5μm)analytical column.Acetonitrile-water-TEA-phosphoric acid(5∶95∶0.05∶0.1)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min~(-1).Results Fingerprints consisted of 5 common characteristic peaks.Conclusion This method was accurate,reliable and provides a scientific basis for control the quality of Ephedra sinica stapf.
