| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颌面部外伤患者的呼吸道护理方法.方法 总结2004-2009年297例颌面部外伤患者的一般护理、呼吸道护理、气管切开术后护理和口腔护理规范等要点.结果 297例患者中,因呼吸困难行气管切开12例（4.0%）,需呼吸机支持3例（1.0%）.无一例患者因呼吸道并发症死亡.结论 通过严密观察和细致的护理,可早期发现呼吸道并发症,有助保持患者呼吸道通畅,降低并发症的发生率和病死率,使治疗达到预期的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of respiratory tract nursing in patient with maxillofacial trauma. Methods To summarize standards of general nursing, respiratory tract nursing, posttracheotomy nursing and oral nursing for 297 patients with maxillofacial trauma in 2004-2009. Results In 297 patients, 12 cases underwent tracheotomy, 3 cases needed life-support machine, no patients died from respiratory complications. Conclusions Close observation and nursing can help to find pristine respiratory complications, keep respiratory tract unobstructed, decrease complications and mortality, achieve the prospective curative effect. |
