强心冲剂对扩张型心肌病患者心肌纤维化指标的影响

目的：观察强心冲剂对扩张型心肌病心肌纤维化指标Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）、层粘连蛋白（LN）、透明质酸（HA）的影响。方法：将30例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为两组,西药治疗组（口服西药地高辛、安体舒通、消心痛）和中医治疗组（中药强心冲剂口服）各15例,经治疗1个月,采用放射免疫方法测定两组患者治疗前后的Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）、透明质酸（HA）、层粘连蛋白（LN）,并和15例正常健康者进行对照。结果：扩张型心肌病血清心肌纤维化指标Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）、层粘连蛋白（LN）、透明质酸（HA）明显增高,经中药强心冲剂治疗后明显改善,西药治疗组无明显改变,两组比较具有显著差异。结论：扩张型心肌病患者存在不同程度的心肌纤维化,中药强心冲剂具有改善心肌纤维化的作用。

Effects of Chinese Medicine Qiangxin Granule on Myocardial Fibrosis Level to Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective:The objective of this project(research) is to investigate the effect of Qiangxin granule of PCIII,LN,HA on patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy.Methods:In this study,30 cases of patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into western medicine control group and Chinese medicine treated group.The treatment period is one month.The PCIII,HA,LN levels were measured before and after the treatment with(using) radioimmune method.Results:The results indicate(show) that the PCIII,HA,LN levels of Dilated Cardiomyopathy patients were higher than those of healthy person's group apparently.The PCIII,HA,LN levels of the Chinese medicine group were reduced obviously.The PCIII,HA,LN levels of western group were not changed significantly(apparently).Conclusion:Our conclusions from this study are that the Dilated Cardiomyopathy patients have myocardial fibrosis at various extents.The traditional Chinese medicine can improve the myocardial fibrosis level of Dilated Cardiomyopathy.
