临终病人家属需求分析及护理对策

[目的]探讨临终病人家属的需求及其护理对策.[方法] 对我科2005年2月-2008年2月32例临终病人家属的需求进行分析,并给予相应的护理对策.[结果] 32例病人中30例病人家属的需求得到满足,有效率93.75%,无效率6.25%.[结论]根据临终病人家属的需求给予相应的护理对策是临终护理十分重要的部分,能使家属得到最大的慰藉,同时可减少医患纠纷.

Analysis on demands of family members of terminally ill patients and its nursing strategies

Objective:To probe into corresponding nursing strategies to satisfy the demands of family members of terminally ill patients. Methods: The demands of family members of a total of 32 terminally ill patients from February in 2005 to February in 2008 were analyzed and corresponding nursing strategies had been provided for them. Results: Among all 32 cases, demands of family members of 30 patients were satisfied. The effective rate was 93.75%. And the ineffective rate was 6.25%. Conclusion: To give corresponding nursing strategies based on demands of family members of terminally ill patients is very important part. It can satisfy family members of patients and decrease medical disputes.
