摘    要:
目的 探讨重症监护新生儿(NICU)的合适听力筛查方法.方法 用瞬态诱发耳声发射仪(TEOAE),对263例重症监护新生儿进行听力筛查,未通过者1个月后进行复查,仍未通过者将接受脑干诱发电位(ABR)检查,以确定有无听力损失.结果 263例NICU新生儿中,209例通过了第一次OAE筛查,1个月后43例通过了OAE复查,最后11例行ABR检查,5例确诊有不同程度的听力损失.结论 TEOAE和 ABR联合应用的两步筛查法是NICU新生儿听力筛查的可行方法.

Abstract:
Objective To explore appropriate hearing screening procedures for newborn babies in newborn intensive care unit(NICU). Methods The procedures of transiently evoked otoacoustic emissions(TEOAEs) were used to do hearing screening among 263 newborns cared of in NICU. The newborns would be tested once again with these procedures when they failed to pass the first time of hearing screening. Those, failed to pass the hearing screening once more out of the newborns receiving the second time of hearing screening procedure, were assayed with auditory brainstem response (ABR) to identify their severity of hearing loss. Results Among the 263 newborns received hearing screening in NICU, 209 were shown with normal TEOAEs results and passed the first test of hearing screening. Another 43 passed the second test of hearing screening when tested with TEOAEs again one month later following the first screening. Among the remained 11 cases failed to pass the second test of TEOAEs, 6 were assayed with normal ABR results and the other 5 were determined with hearing loss at various degrees. Conclusion The two steps of hearing screening procedure combined with TEOAEs and ABR are practically usable procedures for hearing screening among newborns in NI CU.
