| 摘 要： | 本文总结了以米托恩醌为主的化疗方案治疗成人急性白血病20例，其中，急性非淋巴细胞性白血病（ANLL）的完全缓解率（CR率）为66．7％，急性淋巴细胞性白血病（ALL）为75％。本组患者每疗程仅用米托恩醌20ng，取之效果与美国肿瘤中心每疗程用60mg时的治疗效果相似。主要副作用为骨髓抑制。 |

| Abstract: | 20 cases of adult acute leukdria were mainly treated with Mitoxantrone in this article . The CR rate of ANLL was 66. 7% and ALL was 75%. Thee patients were only used Mitoxantrone 20mg in every the, the CR rate in this proup was as high as that in the American Oncoma Center. (they used Mitoxantrone 60mg in every time . ) Main side - effect was bone marrow inhibition. |
