| 摘 要： | 目的总结滨州市新发涂阳肺结核病人登记情况,方法对1996~2003年滨州市7县区结核病控制工作季报表进行回顾性分析。结果8年期间,7县区共接诊可疑肺结核病人26659例,发现初治涂阳病人2800例,复治涂阳病人1187例。其中,新发涂阳病人15-55岁2377例;占84.9%,学生病人由1996年6.3%增加至2003年11.8%。结论应用现代结核病控制策略,努力提高涂阳人的发现率和治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the new positive cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in binzhou and to enhance the case-finding level.Methods To retrospectively analyze the register condition of TB cases in Binzhou in 1996-2003.Results There were 26659 disease suspects examined.Among them,there were 2800 new cases with smear-positive,and 1187 retreatment cases with smear-positive.84.9% was between15 and 55 years old,and student cases increased from 6.3% in 1996 to 11.8% in 2003 in the new smear-positive cases.Conclusion To achieve the target of "high rate of discovery" and "high rate of successful treatmeat" in TB control,it is important to use modern TB control strategy. |
