中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征的观察

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗成人原发性肾病综合征的疗效及其对激素不良反应的作用。方法 :将 73例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为两组 ,中西医结合组 40例 ,西医组 33例 ,进行对照观察。结果 :中西医结合组有效率为 87.5 % ,显著高于西医组 6 3.6 % (P <0 .0 5 )。而中西医结合组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论 :中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征 ,能够显著提高疗效 ,减少激素治疗过程中的不良反应。

Observation of therapeutic effect on primary nephrotic syndrome treated with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine

Objective:It is to investigate the therapeutic effect on primary nephrotic syndrome treated with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine, and to detect the action of side effect on predinisone. Methods: 73 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups. The observation group of 40 cases was treated with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine, and the control group of 33 cases was treated with western medicine only.Results: The effect of the observation group was 87.5% which was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.6%) ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine on primary nephrotic syndrome can enhance the therapeutic effect markedly and reduce the side effect of predinisone.
