PPH 联合外痔切除缝合术治疗重度环状混合痔疗效观察

目的：探讨 PPH 联合外痔切除缝合术治疗重度环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为治疗组（PPH 联合外痔切除缝合术）和对照组（传统外剥内扎术）。结果治疗组在治疗总有效率、住院时间、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率方面对比均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PPH 联合外痔切除缝合术可有效解决外痔皮赘残留的难题，能最大限度保留患者肛管上皮，对肛门正常功能和生理结构起到了保护作用，临床价值显著。

The clinical efficacy observation of 86 cases with severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with curving suture technique

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of PPH combined with external hemorrhoids excision suture in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 86 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group(PPH combined external hemorrhoids resection suture) and control group(traditional Milligan Morgen operation). Results in the treatment group, the total effective rate, length of stay, postoperative pain score, incidence of postoperative complications were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PPH combined external hemorrhoids resection suture can effectively solve the problem of residual skin tag, maximum retention in patients with anal canal epithelium, plays a protective effect on the normal function of anus and physiological structure and clinical value significantly.
