腹腔镜下完全腹膜外修补腹股沟疝41例体会

目的：观察腹腔镜下腹股沟疝完全腹膜外修补术（TEP）的手术效果及并发症等情况。方法对2015年10月—2016年5月我院收治的41例行完全腹膜外修补的腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，随访1个月~8个月。结果手术时间为（58.3±13.5）min，术后患者均未使用止痛药物。术后住院天数（3.6±1.3）d，暂时未见疝复发。术后并发症仅有2例出现血肿（4.9%）。结论腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术具有良好的修补效果，是更加微创更加符合患者要求的先进术式，值得大力推广。

Operation experience of totally laparoscopic extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair of 41 patients

ObjectiveTo observe the operation result and clinic complication of totally laparoscopic extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair(TEP).MethodsThe clinic data of 41 patients underwent TEP between Oct. 2015 and May 2016 in Department of General Surgery,the Second People Hospital of Jincheng City was analyzed retrospectively. The follow-up period ranged from 1 to 8 months.ResultsThe mean operation time was(58.3±13.5) min.No analgetic was required.The length of postoperative hospital stay was(3.6±1.3)days.The temporary recurrent rate was zero. There were 2 complications:hematomas(4.9%).ConclusionTEP has good postoperative result and is more minimally invasive. TEP is an advanced surgical method and worth clinic application widely.
