VSD 治疗糖尿病足溃疡的护理研究

目的：探讨负压封闭引流（VSD）治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效及护理要点。方法回顾性分析2012年10月—2015年9月期间在我院进行 VSD 治疗的28例糖尿病足溃疡患者，观察治疗效果并总结 VSD 治疗的护理要点。结果28例患者溃疡面均明显缩小，其中25例患者经术后Ⅱ期缝合治疗后创面完全愈合；2例行植皮术，1例行皮瓣移植手术，术后创面均愈合。结论 VSD 治疗糖尿病足结合积极有效的护理可加快创面愈合，减轻换药痛苦，改善预后。

Nursing research of VSD in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer

Objective To evaluate clinical effect and explore the nursing operation of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 28 cases of patients with diabetic foot were selected in our Hospital from 2012 October to 2015 September as research objects. Retrospective analysis of these date , To evaluate clinical effect and summarize the nursing key points of the VSD treatment. Result The ulcer of 28 patients treated with VSD were significantly reduced, in which 25 patients received secondary suture and the wound completely healed; 2 patients received skin graft surgery, and 1 patient underwent flap transplantation surgery, and the wounds all healed. Conclusion The VSD treatment of diabetic foot combining positive and effective nursing care can accelerate wound healing, relieve pain, improve the prognosis.
