安顺市2006年-2014年水痘暴发疫情流行特征分析

摘    要:
目的:了解安顺市近9年水痘暴发疫情的流行特征,探讨暴发的原因,为控制水痘疫情提供科学依据。方法使用Excel2003对安顺市2006年—2014年水痘暴发疫情相关数据进行统计,利用描述流行病学方法予以分析。结果2006年—2014年安顺市共报告水痘暴发疫情113起,占全市传染病暴发疫情总数的39.24%;水痘暴发疫情主要发生在4月~6月和11月~12月,分别占水痘暴发疫情总数的61.95%和23.01%;全部发生在学校和托幼机构,发病人群均为学生和幼托儿童。结论学校和托幼机构是水痘突发公共卫生事件的主要场所,故应加强学校,特别是农村学校等易感人群集聚地的疫情监测与报告,加强教育和卫生的紧密合作,在流行性季节前在重点人群和重点场所推广水痘疫苗接种,提高人群保护率,做好健康教育等综合性防控措施是控制水痘暴发流行的关键。

Analysis on the epidemic characteristics of chicken pox outbreak in Anshun city from 2006 to 2014
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo understand the epidemiological characteristics of the outbreak of chicken pox in Anshun city in recent 9 years,to explore the causes of the outbreak,and to provide scientific basis for the control of the outbreak of the disease.MethodsExcel 2003 was used to analyze the data of the outbreak of 2006-2014 in Anshun during the year of the outbreak of the disease.Resultsin Anshun City 2006-2014 varicella were reported outbreaks of 113 cases,accounting for 39.24% of the total number of infectious disease in the city's public health emergencies. The incidence peak was from April to June and November to December,respectively,accounting for the onset of total 61.95% and 23.01%:all of these events occurred in schools and kindergartens,incidence are students and preschool children.Conclusionschools and kindergartens are the main places of public health emergencies of varicella. Therefore,it should be to strengthen the school,especially in rural schools is easy moving cluster poly the epidemic monitoring and reporting,strengthen health education and close cooperation,in front of the seasonal epidemics in focus groups and key places to promote the varicella vaccination and improve population protection rate, good health education comprehensive prevention and control measures is the key to the control of varicella.
