心理护理在甲状腺功能亢进患者围术期护理中的应用

目的：探讨心理护理在甲状腺功能亢进患者围术期护理中的应用。方法：本院对2007年2月～2010年2月确诊的82例甲亢的患者使用甲状腺次全切术进行治疗,术前给予观察组患者进行问卷调查,了解患者心理、生理反应,针对患者调查所得问题制定相应对策,进行术前心理护理干预。结果：心理护理干预组（观察组）手术满意度高于普通护理组（对照组）。结论：加强围术期的心理护理,是帮助患者积极应对手术刺激的方法,可对患者康复起到重要的作用,更是对患者生命的尊重。

Psychological care in patients with hyperthyroidism of perioperative nursing care

Objective：To investigate the psychological care of patients with hyperthyroidism in perioperative nursing care.Methods：Our hospital from February 2007 to February 2010 confirmed 82 cases of hyperthyroidism in patients with subtotal resection of thyroid treatment,observation of patients before surgery to give a survey of patient understanding of psychological,physiological responses,for patients develop appropriate countermeasures survey question,preoperative psy chological nursing intervention.Results：Surgery satisfaction of the intervention group（observation group） was higher than conventional care（control group）.Conclusion：Perioperative psychological care is to help patients with a positive response to surgical stimulation,patients play an important role in rehabilitation,it is respect for life to patients.
