TGF-β受体在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的:探讨转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)受体(TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况、与临床病理参数之间的关系及其与膜细胞骨架连接蛋白ezrin、血管内皮生长因子受体-1(flt-1)等的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测79例子宫内膜癌和12例转移灶组织中TβRⅠ和TβRⅡ蛋白的表达,选择不典型增生14例,单纯、复合性增生20例以及正常增生期子宫内膜组织15例作为对照,并在子宫内膜癌中检测了ezrin和flt-1。结果:TβRⅠ和TβRⅡ在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达低于正常增生期子宫内膜组织(P<0.05,P<0.01),并且深肌层浸润组的表达低于无肌层浸润及浅肌层浸润组(P=0.000,P=0.008),中、低分化癌中的表达低于高分化癌(P=0.003,P=0.000)。子宫内膜癌中,TβRⅠ与ezrin呈负相关(P=0.001),TβRⅡ与flt-1呈负相关(P=0.003)。结论:TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ表达下降可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生和演进过程。

Expression and Significance of TGF - β Receptors in Human Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective:To study the expressions of transforming growth factor β receptors (TβRI, TβRII) in endometrial carcinoma and their relations with the levels of ezrin and vascular growth factor receptor 1(flt-1).Methods:The expressions of TβRI and TβRII were assessed by immunohistochemistry in 79 endometrial carcinomas, 12 metastasis lesions, 14 atypical endometrial hyperplasia, 20 simple or complex endometrial hyperplasia and 15 normal proliferate endometrial. The expressions of ezrin and flt-1 were also detected in endometrial carcinoma.Results:Expressions of TβRI and TβRII were lower in endometrial carcinoma than in normal proliferate endometrial(P<0.05,P<0.01).Weak expressions of TβRI and TβRII were both associated with deeper myometrial invasion (P=0.000,P=0.008) and higher histopathologic grade (P=0.003,P= 0.000).TβRI was inversely correlated with ezrin (P=0.001) and TβRII was also inversely correlated with flt-1 in endometrial carcinoma(P=0.003).Conclusion:The transforming growth factor β receptors may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma.
