| 摘 要： | 目的:调查并分析辽宁省各级各类口腔卫生机构及人力资源的配置现状。方法:采用普查方法,将调查表格分发到辽宁省各级口腔卫生机构中。应用EpiData3.02软件建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0软件包对资料进行统计分析。结果:辽宁省共有口腔卫生机构2155个,其中民营口腔诊所占大多数,为71.0%;口腔医生5617人,有80.5%的机构和87.8%的口腔医生服务于城镇。口腔科辅助人员少,口腔医生、护士、技工比例约为6∶2∶1。全省口腔医生与人口比为13.02/10万人口。在农村,口腔医生不仅职称、学历低,而且服务的人群数量巨大。结论:合理配置口腔卫生资源,加强对农村口腔人力资源的继续教育与培训,是辽宁省口腔事业发展和实现社会卫生公平的关键。
