微创穿刺引流术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血疗效观察

目的提高高血压脑出血的抢救水平。方法对105例基底节区高血压脑出血病人给予CT定位,微创穿刺（约3mm小孔）血肿吸除及尿激酶溶解引流术,观察其疗效。结果本组治愈好转率80.5%,死亡率19.5%。结论微创穿刺引流术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血是目前降低死亡率、提高生存质量、缩短病程、减少医疗费用的一种理想方法。

Observing the curative effect of minimal invasive operstion on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective Improving the measure of rescuing the serious cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 105 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were located by CT and accepted minimal invasive operation, draw hematoma out, then dissolving and drain the rest by urokinase.Results The rate of curing and improve-ment were 80.5% and the mortality rate was 19.5%.Conclusion The minimal invasive operation of eliminating hemorrhage had obtained gratifying results in the raising survival rate, reducing mortality rate, controlling compli-cation and shortening the course of disease.
