抗生素生产工序质量控制的研究

本文以抗生素提炼生产线为例。应用控制图诊断及两种工序能力指数的理论,对关系密切的多工序生产线的工序质量控制问题进行了研究,并取得了成功。 重点介绍了X_(c6)-R选控图的具体作法和工序诊断方法。并通过两种工序能力指数的计算和分析,找出了影响产品质量的主要工序,为今后提高产品质量提供了有效的科学决策手段。

STUDY ON THE QUALITY CONTROL OF ANTIBIOTIC PRODUCTION PROCESSES

This paper described the successful study on the process quality control of the antibiotic-extracting production line with closely related processes by employing the theory of control chart and the two process capability indexes. Details of the using of XCS-R cause-selecting control chart and the process examination method are emphatically described.By calculating and analyzing the two process capability indexes, processes which significantly affected the quality of products were found, thus providing a scientific and effective decision-making measures for the improvement of the quality of products.
