术前介入治疗II期宫颈癌的临床分析

目的 :探讨术前介入化疗的方法对 期宫颈癌患者的临床疗效观察。方法 :对 3 6例 期宫颈癌患者术前进行介入化疗 ,化疗后 14 d行宫颈癌根治术 ;另 18例 期宫颈癌患者单纯行宫颈癌根治术 ,术后分别进行疗效的观察和评定。结果 :术前介入化疗组的症状减轻率为 10 0 .0 % ,近期有效率为 10 0 .0 % ,5年生存率为 82 .6% ;单纯手术治疗组的症状减轻率为 67.8% ,近期有效率为 72 .0 % ,5年生存率为 42 .7% ,明显低于术前介入化疗组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :对于 期宫颈癌患者 ,采用术前介入化疗的方法可明显改善症状 ,提高近期有效率和生存期限

Interventional treatment with adjuvant chemotherapy before operation of cervical carcinoma in stage II

Objective: To study the method of cervical carcinoma in stage II treated with int ervening adjuvant chemotherapy before operation Methods: 36 cases of cervical c ancer in stage II were treated by intervening adjuvant chemotherapy before opera tion, radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer were performed after 14 days A n other 18 cases were only treated by operation of radical hysterectomy for cervic al cancer Then the curative effect and side effect were observed and evaluated Results: The remission rate of interventional treatment before operation was 10 0% and the effective rate in the near future was 100% The survival rate of 5 y e ars in cases of being treated by intervening adjuvant chemotherapy before operat ion were significantly higher than the cases of only being treated by operation Conclusion: Interventional treatment is effective on side effects,making the patients obtain the more treatable chance of radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer It is an ideal method for the treatment of cervical cancer in stage II
