社区护理干预对癫痫患者疾病不确定感及内心希望水平的影响

目的:社区护理干预对癫痫患者疾病不确定感及希望水平的影响。方法:将60例出院癫痫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组进行社区护理干预,对照组未施加任何影响。1年后对住院患者采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)、Herth希望指数(HHI)量表进行效果评价。结果:社区护理干预前观察组和对照组在疾病不确定感和希望指数量表测量结果方面比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);干预后观察组的疾病不确定感明显低于对照组,而希望指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:社区护理干预可降低癫痫患者疾病不确定感并提高其希望水平。

Effect of community nursing intervention on uncertainty in illness and the hope level of patients with epilepsy

Objective：To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on uncertainty in illness and the hope level of patients with epilepsy.Methods：Sixty epilepsy patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,30 patients each.The experimental group accepted community nursing intervention,but the control group did not get any influence.One year later,the uncertainty in illness scale（MUIS）and Herth hope index（HHI） scale were used to evaluate these patients uncertainty and hope level.Results：There were significant differences on uncertainty and hope level between these two groups after community nursing intervention（P 0.01）.But at baseline,there were not statistically significant differences on these two indicators between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Community nursing intervention on epilepsy patients could reduce the uncertainty in illness and improve the level of their hopes.
